ジャムウ Jammu

　ジャムウとはジャワ語、インドネシア語で「客、もてなす、植物等から作られたクスリ」という意味があり、インドネシアに古来より伝わる、植物等を原料とした１００％ナチュラルなハーブです。
ジャムウは、１０００年前頃、インドのアーユルベーダを起源としています。 それが、インドネシアに伝わり、おもに宮廷に仕える女官達が自らの体を磨く目的で発達したレシピがジャムウの起源になったと言われています。ジャムウは、その後庶民にも広まり、 インドネシアでは今でも多くの人々に愛されています。
